5-Day Happiness Guarantee

At H&M Nails Spa, we take pride in the quality of our work and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we offer a 5-day happiness guarantee. Please contact us within 5 days of your appointment, and we will gladly rectify the issue with a complimentary touch-up or adjustment. Please note we do not offer refund or credit for service rendered.

Appointment Punctuality Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure we stay on schedule and provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to honor your appointment, and it will be considered a no-show. This helps us avoid delays for subsequent clients.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Show Policy

In the case of a no-show without any prior notification, a fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings

Health and Safety

We adhere to strict health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff. Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies before your appointment.

Payment and Gratuity

We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gratuities are appreciated and can be given directly to your technician.

Children and Pets

For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we kindly request that children and pets are not brought to your appointment unless they are receiving services.

Gift Certificate

NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.  

Gift Cards are available in many dollar amounts. They are available for immediate purchase and can only be purchased in-store.

Loss And Damage

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.

Party Policy

A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all parties. The host can pay the full amount upfront, or each guest can pay individually on the evening of the event. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required for parties of five or more, and cancellations made after the 48-hour window will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged the total cost of all scheduled services.

Catering services are available, but guests are also welcome to bring their own beverages, snacks, and drinks (BYOB). Please be aware that a 10% service fee may be added, and a 20% gratuity will be included in the total bill for any party package.

Waxing

We cannot perform any service on clients who are using Accutane, Retin Antibiotics, Remove Alpha Hydroxy, receiving acne treatments, or under chemical peels.
